Arbiter is the Control Plane for AI Agents. Organizations manage identity, permissions, policies, approvals, and audit for every agent — regardless of model, framework, or vendor — from one place.

Give every organization one operational layer between autonomous agents and the systems they touch — Runtime Evaluation before execution, human Approvals when policies return Hold, and immutable Audit Evidence for every Allow, Deny, and Hold.
Vision
Build agents anywhere. Control them from one place. AI agents operate with explicit Identity, fine-grained Permissions, Policy decisions, and accountable audit — not implicit trust in model behavior alone.
Why Arbiter exists
Agents now initiate payments, modify infrastructure, and access customer data. As teams run more agents across more stacks, rebuilding permissions, policy, approvals, identity, and audit inside each agent does not scale. That work belongs in the Control Plane.

Dr. Sumit Birru

After building and operating his own medical practice, Dr. Sumit Birru became interested in a new challenge: how organizations can safely govern autonomous AI agents.
Working in an environment where trust, accountability, approvals, and auditability are critical shaped his belief that powerful systems require strong controls.
As AI agents gain access to data, tools, infrastructure, and financial systems, organizations need a way to determine what those agents are allowed to do before actions occur.
Arbiter is building the identity, authorization, approval, and audit infrastructure for autonomous AI agents.
Currently working with AI startups, agent builders, and autonomous system teams during the validation phase.
